Return/Exchange Policy

While we do not offer refunds...if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange for a different size or another item

  • Exchanges must be requested via email within 5 days from the delivery date. Thereafter, you have 2 days to mail...a total of 7 days to exchange.
  • The merchandise returned/exchanged must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached, liners in place, and in its original packaging.
  • There is a $5 charge for return shipping costs, which should be sent with the returned item.
How to Return/Exchange an Item

  • If there is a problem with your order, email us at UniqueSwimtique@yahoo.com so we can advise you of all our options.
  • If the return is deemed acceptable, you will be issued a Return Authorization number via reply email. Within the email, you will also find the address in which returns should be mailed to.
  • Upon receipt of the return/exchanged item, your replacement will be mailed immediately. If you chose to receive store credit instead, a discount code will be sent via email to use on your next purchase.
